Holy cowl...those are some mighty Kazoobas...you're right there is only one set of breast like that in the DCU...and they belong to Powergirl. Unless Cassandra Cain, down and out over her dowdy image, decided to either install the wonderbra from hell into her kevlar costume or she did the deed and got some major reconstructive surgery.
